1. Fan: The manhole door is closed tightly, the bearing temperature indication is correct, the temperature is < 70 ℃, the oil level of front and back bearing is normally 1/2 -2/3, the return water is normal, the return water temperature is < 40 ℃, the shaft vibration is < 0.1 MM. The shaft leaping is 2 -- 4 MM, the fan rotation is normal, and no frication, noise and peculiar smell are found.

2. The anchor bolt of the electrical motor is not loose，the screw cover of the wheel is in good condition, the ground wire is firm, the oil level of front and back bearing is normal, the oil level meter is clear, the oil quality is good, the bearing temperature is < 70 ℃, the motor temperature is <100 ℃, the motor shaft vibration is < 0.1 MM, the shaft leaping is < 2 -- 4 MM,  and the motor rotation is normal, and no frication, noise and peculiar smell are found.

3. Baffle: The inlet damper is flexibly moved, the actuator and the connecting rod connection is good, the calibration instructions is right, the local switch is on remote control position, the outlet baffle is flexibly moved, the actuator and the connecting rod is connecting well, the calibration instructions is right and the local switch is on1/2 to 2/3 position of remote control.

4. The fuel tank oil level of lubrication is normal, the oil quality is good, the hydraulic adjusting oil pressure is 2.5 to 3.5 MPA, the oil return of hydraulic oil leakage is normal and the lubricating oil pressure is 0.4 to 0.5 MPA, the filter differential pressure is < 0.05 MPA, the return oil of lubricating oil is enough, no oil leaking is found in the system, the cooling water flow is smooth, the incoming water is normal, the cooling water is smooth and the backwater temperature is < 40 ℃.

5. The oil level of bearing box is normal, the oil quality is good and the temperature is < 60 ℃.

6. Other: The emergency button is in good condition and the shield is complete.
